How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure we can get the man power and requested time slot on your special day. We ask that you schedule your order within 2 weeks of your event date, availability is booked by time slots. Therefore the earlier the better.
What is the delivery and set up change for my order?
Delivery and set up is based on delivery location, order detail and time frame. It is also determined by zip code however the delivery and setup charge starts at $30.
When is payment due for my order?
In order to reserve your date and time, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the balance is due at time of order and the balance is due by event date.
Does prices include removal of decor?
No, prices does not include decor removal. However, we can provide this services at an additional charge.

We will answer all of your questions to make sure we cover everything and can schedule and complete order over the phone for you convenience.
What type of payment do you except?
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We accept payments on site, in store and over the phone for you convenience.
What locations do you provide services?
We have two locations and can service most of South Carolina. Please call us for more details and we would be more than happy to discuss options with you.
What if I cancel my order?
Scheduling your order requires purchasing balloon products, reserving a time slot, room on our truck, it incurs preparation labor time, and credit card fees. Therefore if your order is cancelled any time up to 48 hours of your order date we will refund the total less 20% cancellation/restocking fee. No refund will be giving within 48 hours of your event. Orders must be cancelled by telephone at 864-412-8412(Greenville, SC) or 843-374-1440( Lake City, SC) and a member of our team must be spoken to directly. We cannot accept cancellations through voicemail or e-mail without speaking to the customer directly. However, we have alternatives Please view our full store policy, for more information.
How long will my balloons last?
Latex and Foil balloons are filled with helium gas that allows the balloons to float.The life of all balloons depends on the atmosphere and the care they are given by the recipient. Latex balloons prefer a cool room and they do not like anything sharp including rough ceilings or rough treatment. Mylar balloons are pretty tough but will look wrinkled and out of shape if it gets too cold. Mylar balloons also do not like really hot weather because they tend to pop their seams. Standard latex will float for 15-24 hours, however, we can treat our latex balloons for $.15 per balloon to increase its life spam up to 2X - 3X times. We do not recommend helium balloons for outdoor use, as temperatures, wind or other weather conditions may affect life of balloons.
Do you charge rental and equipment deposits?
Yes, we charge deposits to ensure equipment is returned in good condition. Deposits starts at $25 and is refundable when equipment is returned.
When and how do I return my rental items?
Rental items, column and arch equipment, vases etc. Must be returned in the same packaging or condition which you received them.
What happens if my balloons pop on the way out the door?
Balloons pop–sometimes, at just the wrong moment. Heat, age or handling can be the cause, so be prepared for a few poppers. We will cheerfully replace anything that pops on your way out the door.
Do you offer party supplies?
No we don't, we have chosen to specialized in professional event management, creative design and custom decor.
