Store Policy

​Orders: ​To accommodate you, we ask that you place your order as soon as possible as dates and time slots fill up quickly and we work on a first come, first serve basis. We schedule deliveries within a 2 hour time slot, to be able to get all orders done expeditiously. To reserve time slots a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required and the balance must be paid before the requested order date. If the balance is not paid before your time slot, your order may be cancelled. Changes to order will be accepted but are not guaranteed. 

Delivery & Setup: Delivery and Setup is required on all arches, most columns and is optional for other services. Delivery & Setup will have a time slot for when we will arrive with your order. The fee(s) associated with delivery and setup is based on your initial order size, estimated set up labor and time, distance and mileage from the store location to the delivery destination. Delivery and set up is deemed as transporting your order, removal of you order from the truck into the delivery space and setting it up. To avoid going over your time slot and additional charges, please have venue set up before we arrive. Customer will be responsible for additional set up time that is billed at $15 per 30 minutes and will start 2 minutes after time slot window. Any additional charges incurred such as parking fees and tolls, will be the customer responsibility and will be billed and due immediately. Once set up is completed, the customer will be responsible for the product. Therefore, discrepancies must be made immediately while Balloons and Beyond team is on site. We will not be responsible once we leave your destination location. Balloons and Beyond and any of our associates will not move any equipment, furniture, fixtures etc. while delivering, please have everything set up before we get there to avoid delays and extra time.


Same Day Deliveries: We offer same day deliveries but it is not guaranteed, please call early for same day deliveries. Same day deliveries are first come first served. 

Residential Deliveries: We deliver to residential homes, however we do not permit surprise deliveries. We must make contact with the recipient or resident, by phone, before completing the delivery. We will call before the delivery time and will leave a call back number. However, again we will not proceed with delivery until contact is made. This may delay delivery time, as recipient may not be available. If we are unsuccessful in completing the delivery on your request day. We will contact the customer, at that point you can cancel without a cancellation fee or reschedule the delivery for another day at no additional charge.

Schools Deliveries: Schools do not permit deliveries inside classrooms and some do not permit deliveries at all. Also some schools only permit mylar balloons and not latex. Please contact school and confirm if deliveries are permitted, and what, if any, restrictions may apply, such as time restrictions. If the school permit deliveries, the delivery will be made at the front desk to the school personnel. Once delivered it will become the school responsibility to inform student to pick up their delivery from office.

Hospital: Hospital delivery policies varies and have restriction on what type of balloons can be delivered. Deliveries will be made to hospital personnel, if patient is not able or available to receive delivery.  Most hospitals do not allow latex balloons and only permit mylar(foil) balloons. Please contact hospital ask about its policy for deliveries. 

Order Cancellation: Scheduling your order requires purchasing balloon products, reserving a time slot, room on our truck, it incurs preparation labor time, and credit card fees. Therefore if your order is cancelled any time up to 48 hours of your order date we will refund the total less 20% cancellation/restocking fee.  No refund will be giving within 48 hours of your event. Orders must be cancelled by telephone at 864-412-8412(Greenville, SC) or  843-374-1440( Lake City, SC) and a member of our team must be spoken to directly.  We cannot accept cancellations through voicemail or e-mail without speaking to the customer directly. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected event occur and we want to work with our customers. Therefore, we will offer rescheduling and will try, but is not guaranteed, to accommodate you with a new date and time. However, since your order will require additional preparation labor time. You will incur a rescheduling fee of $15 due immediately and your order will be held and available to reschedule with in 30 days of your original order date. After 30 days your order will automatically cancel and will be non-refundable.
